When we arrived to the reception, there was busyness with the check-in, but after a small wait we got keys and a directions as to where in the area our apartment was. The apartment was ok, but besides fridge and gas cooker, there was no equipment (no oven or microwave, coffee maker). When that's been said, everything worked as it should, and the apartment was nice, and we had the opportunity to sit outside in a small yard with tables and chairs.
We probably hadn't found out, that the apartment was a part of a bigger vacation-complex, but it was lovely, and there was a nice pool area near the place's pizza/restaurant.
The "grocery store" has a very limited supply of goods and relatively expensive, so we grocery shopped in the town of Garda. You can easily walk to into town, when you have walked a bit of the way, there's a path down to the edge of the lake, where there is a lovely promenade to the town. The town of Garda is lovely with good restaurants and some nice little alleys.
