In fact the residence is a small community in itself set in a private and scenic green estate. You can enjoy an olympic size swimming pool, an additional children's pool, tennis courts, a football pitch and more.
It is part of a larger complex which also includes a hotel, and is in fact part of a very small community. When driving through the large main entrance gate, you will find yourself quickly immersed in a large 60 hectare site surrounded by beautiful nature and green trees.

The total of 160 apartments are housed in 6 different buildings scattered around the lush landscape. In the main building there is a hotel, a reception, lobby, bar, piano bar and a restaurant with outdoor seating and panoramic views of the lake. These facilities are used by both hotel residents and those that rent apartments.
Facilities include a large - Olympic size swimming pool (25 x 50m), a children's pool where there is a kids club and various activities, 6 gravel tennis courts which are lit at night (where coaching is available for a fee), a synthetic soccer field, a volleyball court, laundry (for a fee), and of course there are parking spaces near the various apartments. The apartments of type Central have air conditioning. The swimming pool is sometimes used by athletes training for various water sports, so there is the possibility that a part of the pool will be occupied.
The apartments are all nicely decorated in different ways. They all have a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, bedroom(s) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a small furnished balcony or patio / outdoor area for all apartments. There are apartments with and without lakeview. The aircondition is controlled centrally from the reception.
