Residence Pratone is barely 1 km from Garda centre and a short distance from the picturesque Punta Virgilio. The apartment complex is surrounded by a large garden with many olive trees. Despite the fact that the complex faces the lake, there is no lake view from here due to the heavy vegetation.
There is a private pathway leading from the residence to the lake. If you want to swim, you will find the apartments have a nice swimming pool with a separate children's pool with a shower. On site facilities include a barbeque and parking (one space per apartment). Nearby there is restaurant, pizzeria, bar and a supermarket. Despite the fact that the complex faces the lake, there is no lake view from here due to heavy vegetation.

The apartments are equipped with a TV with a few satellite channels and heating for the coldest months. Some apartments are spread over two floors. NOTE: Check-in takes place exclusively between the hours of 16:00 and 19.00. After these hours, unfortunately is it not possible to check in and you have to spend the night at another hotel at your own expense.
