The holiday centre has a private beach, a swimming pool, children's pool, sun loungers and parasols and is well located for a restaurants, shops and entertainment.
The lively pedestrian street
It is located in a side street off the main street, which from between the hours of 20:00 to 06:00 (during summer months) it's transformed into a lively pedestrian street with a wide range of restaurants and entertainment. The beach is approx.100 m away and here is a private beach with two lounge chairs and an umbrella per apartment. The building was completely restored and modernized in 2005 and is therefore very nice, well maintained and inviting.

Enjoy the many facilities
The building has 5 floors and comprises a total of 36 apartments. On site facilities include a reception, a TV lounge with satellite TV, a restaurant, bar, parking, garages (fee), and a sun terrace with a beautiful pool area with swimming pool, children's pool, sun loungers and parasols (pool area is not as private as it is next to the road). The apartments have a microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, safety deposit box, satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony.
