Residence Saint Nichola's is situated in the town centre of Jesolo by Piazza Torino, approx. 50 m from the beach and shops.

Residence Saint Nichola's is located at Piazza Torino, in the eastern part of Lido di Jesolo.

On the opposite side of Piazza Torino you will find the mainroad which in the evening from 20.00 pm to 06.00 am is turned into a lively pedestrian street with a wide variety of restaurants and amusements. There are about 50 meters to the private beach with two sunbeds and one umbrella per appartement. The nearest bus stop is 200 m away. In spite of the apartments' central location, the neighbourhood is quiet, and the short distance to the beach makes this a popular place for families with children.
