It is located near Piazza Milano in the eastern part of Lido di Jesolo. It is next to the main road, which in the evening from 8pm to 6am is turned into a lively pedestrian street with a wide variety of restaurants and amusements. The beach is just 50 metres away where each apartment is allocated two lounge chairs and a parasol.
The place was built in 1997 and houses 38 apartments spread over 3 floors with an elevator. All apartments come with a TV and a washing machine. On site facilities include a swimming pool, and we should say that the pool faces the road so there may be a little noise. Furthermore there is private parking and elevator. Each apartment has one parking space. The apartments all have a TV and a washing machine.
