This rustic stone house is the epitome of exceptionally good taste. This is reflected throughout the house and in particular in the stylish lounge with a fireplace, the charismatic breakfast room and the glass panels that look out over vineyards and fruit trees. The style is artistic, the atmosphere is warm and the furniture is antique.
From Villa Gesi it is approx. 1 km to the centre of Negrar and a little closer to the nearest restaurant (by road without pavements). A slightly busy road runs behind the villa and also the buses that service Verona pass on this road. The villa offers private parking for guests in its grounds and also a garden with a terrace and views of vineyards and fruit trees. The breakfast buffet is served in the elegant conservatory.

A warm welcome and wonderful chocolate! - Inside the house you are fondly welcomed by the hostess Patrizia who offers you a welcome aperitif in the beautiful fireplace room upon arrival. The cordial hostess, originally from Genoa, has previously worked as a chocolatier. Her work led to the invention of a chocolate recipe which includes cocoa cream, cherry flavouring and a few secrets ingredients! This confection is extremely good with a glass of local Amarone wine. Patrizia's chocolates are now produced in the chocolate savvy region of Piemonte (Cuneo), and it is possible to buy her chocolate to take home.
Spacious rooms - The four rooms are spacious, elegant and tastefully decorated with antique furniture. They all have parquet floors, air conditioning, satellite TV, a mini bar, wi-fi, a safety deposit box and a bathroom with a toilet, hair dryer and shower / bath. Rooms are located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. The two 1st floor rooms sleep a maximum of two people, while the room on the ground floor and 2nd floor both have two separate areas (not separated by a door) and are suitable for four people.
Our stay at Villa Gesi was wonderful and we can highly recommend it.
The hosts have helped us with great tips (food and excursions) and we were really spoiled.
