The town of Susegana is about. 70 km northwest of Venice in the exciting wine region near the town of Conegliano.
Susegana is included in Italian history due to the the noble family that lived in the nearby San Salvatore castle, which still characterizes the scenic landscape today. The town itself does not have much to offer, but it is on the exciting wine route Strada del Prosecco, and there are several medieval towns in the surrounding mountains.
