The enchanting setting of the estate of the Collalto family at Borgoluce Agriturismo is something to behold. The landscape is dominated by the great castle of San Salvatore, creating a dramatic backdrop in contrast with the hillsides. You can choose to stay in either apartments or take bed & breakfast in one of two country houses on the estate.
The Collalto family is famous for its Prosecco DOCG wine, but they also produce still white wine and a few great reds - Cabernet and Merlot. The agriturismo is surrounded by vineyards, woods and farmland, and the main vineyard for production is approx. 1.5 km from the accommodation. You can of course choose to take a wine tour and purchase the products.

In keeping with the principles of nature, the owners have developed an "organic" swimming pool on the estate that sits in the hills just behind Casa Sfondo. It actually looks like a small lake surrounded by various aquatic plants which have been carefully chosen to purify the water. Here you can swim and relax on the loungers on the decking to the side of the pool, surrounded by breathtaking nature and panoramic views. There is also a small wooden cabin and a shower and toilet.
Rooms are located in the former country house Casa Lentiner, which also includes a few of the resort's apartments. The other apartments are in the house Casa Sfondo, approx. 150 metres away. You can enjoy spectacular views across the fields towards the castle from here. The houses are situated on a private gravel road - but otherwise all roads in the area are normally paved, but with little passing traffic. It is about 1 ½ km to the village of Susegana from here.
Casa Lentiner is an old three storey country house which has been completely renovated and decorated in the traditional colours of the Collalto family - red and pale yellow. The cosy bed & breakfast is on three floors. The living room facilities include a breakfast room with a fireplace. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and on the 2nd floor there are a further 6 rooms and the cosy living room where there is a large flat screen TV and wireless internet.
The total of 9 rooms are nice and rustically furnished and they all have a private bathroom with a shower or a bath and hairdryer. There is purposely no phone or TV in the rooms.
