The villa comprises a collection of stone houses dating from the 1800's in a distinctively enchanting setting amidst vineyards and woods. The estate was bought by the Lucchetta family in 1999 and has been carefully renovated and furnished in a homely and sumptuous way, creating a romantic nest for an unforgettable holiday.

Tasteful decor

You will find a most classy environment with a high standard of furniture and furnishings contrasted with original materials creating a feast for the eyes. Soft colours are well utilized, as are embroidered linens and fabrics and various vintage ornaments.

Antiques adorn the place

The property owner is an architect, and during the comprehensive renovation, the family spent a lot of time at the local antique markets to find the right furnishings to create the desired effect. One can say that they certainly have exceeded all conceivable expectations.

Take a day trip to Venice

Although Maso di Villa is located in a beautiful wine region, it takes only approx. 1 hour by car to drive to Venice, which can also be reached by train twice an hour from the nearby town of Conegliano which is a ten minutes' drive from the site. There are many local restaurants in the area, the closest is approx. 300 metres away and the family are happy to give you advice on where to go to eat out.

Beautiful garden and pool

Flowers, fruit trees and herbs flourish in the well-kept and spacious garden which surrounds the house. You can enjoy the afternoon sun in the warm summer evenings, sipping tea and homemade cakes mid afternoon and resplendent nature all day long. The large swimming pool (20 x 4 m) is set in an idyllic location overlooking vineyards and promises further relaxing moments.

Dogs on site

The family's two small happy and very child-friendly dogs think for sure that they are the rightful owners of the place, and of course they have their own little house on the terrace.

Colourful rooms

The rooms are distributed on the 1st and 2nd floors (without a lift) and all have their own personal decor. The family have given them Italian names in the selected colours. The beds are relatively short, and if you are over 180 cm tall, it is recommended that you choose the rooms Arancio or Glicine which do not have gable in the foot of the bed. The bedrooms and the common room are no smoking.
