The villa is surrounded by pretty gardens, and there is dense wood behind the house so it's pretty peaceful. You and your family will be 500 metres from the small village of Albisano where there is a pizzeria restaurant, and otherwise 3 km from the cosy centre of Torri del Benaco.
Sunny pool in a quiet, green environment
The house's pool is in the sun most of the day. Now and then there will be riders on horseback passing along the path that runs near the house, but otherwise the surroundings are quite peaceful. The garden overlooks the rooftops of a nearby holiday resor, and from the villa's top floor, the view stretches even further. The villa is simply furnished and is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a television and a CD player. From the car park there are 17 steps up to the entrance.

3 bedroom Villa - sleeps 6/8:
- The villa is divided into two floors, both of which have direct access to the garden since it is located on a steep slope. There is therefore direct access from the basement which is partially dug into the hill, to the garden by the pool. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower and a washing machine. A spiral staircase leads up to the floor above, where you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace and two single sofa beds and access to the garden, even a kitchen with an oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be combined into one double bed) and two bathrooms, one with a toilet and a shower and the other with a toilet and bath.
NOTE: The lower floor will be regarded by most as a basement. In Italy it is quite common to build houses in this way since the lower floor is the coolest floor in the summer and the warmest in the cold season. If you or anyone in your group suffers from asthma, it is not advisable to sleep in the basement. Please note this when booking.
