The location is peaceful and scenic with approx. 200 metres to the lake beach and several hiking trails that lead from the house up Monte Baldo's mountain slopes. It is approx. 3 km from Torri del Benaco and 4 km to Garda town. Both towns offer eateries and shopping.
The house is divided into two spacious apartments both with an independent entrance. If you are a larger group, it is possible to rent the entire house, and then the two floors can be connected via an internal staircase. Both apartments have views of the lake and their own parking space.

- The apartment is approx. 130 m² and consists of a spacious living room with access to a terrace with a table and chairs, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and bath. In addition, the apartment has access to a private garden area with a table and chairs and a barbeque.
1 bedroom apartment Giardino - sleeps 2 (ground floor):
- The apartment is approx. 60 m² and has direct access from the garden. It consists of a living room with large panoramic windows facing the lake, a small kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. In the garden in front of the living room there is a table and chairs and a barbeque, which exclusively belongs to this apartment.
