You have at your disposal a pretty and peaceful garden with olive trees and a nice view towards Lake Garda. A short walk along a small path will take you to a small but nevertheless good beach Baia dei Pini, where you can take a swim in the lake.

- The villa is decorated in typical Italian style and is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, satellite TV and a CD player and air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room opening onto the garden, a kitchen and a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor which includes a master bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed and access to a balcony, a double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds (which can be assembled into double bed), one of which has a balcony and three bathrooms, one of which is equipped with toilet and shower - the other two with bath and toilet.
