according to photos we had hoped it would be closer to the lake

Unfortunately several things were not in order, and we had to phone about them. The worst problem was a sliding door which could not be closed, and the lock had been completely removed, so everyone could push the door open and walk in. Vi phoned at night when we were going to be away for a day, but the problem was not solved the entire week we were there. The electric kettle was changed as it did not work; as was a ventilator which did not work either. Some of the chairs outside were missing, and there were only pillows for four chairs. A bathtub leaked water so there was water on the floor. The driveway to the villa was so steep on the way down that our car could not drive without scraping the entire bottom.
