The area is filled with wineries, many of which are open to the public, just as there are many interesting castles and villas to look at. It is one of the many quaint towns located in the famous wine region about. 70 km northwest of Venice. The city is famous for its production of the dry sparkling white wine "Prosecco" and is good starting point for tours to the wine route "Strada del Prosecco". The area is also ideal for exciting mountain biking or hiking in the green and beautiful landscape.
