Three of these four apartments have a fine view facing the lagoon and the iconic church on the island of San Giorgio. They all have air conditioning.
The apartments are located right in the historic heart of Venice and are decorated charmingly with antiques without being too heavy. The standard is good and clearly above average. In-Italia has estimated that the apartments score nearer to 4 suns. Water buses run close to the apartments and can take you over to Lido di Venezia's golden sandy beaches during the summer if you want beach days. Venice is one of the few places in Italy where you can so easily combine a city with a beach holiday. We don't recommend that you arrive here by car, but if you do choose to do so, the apartments have an agreement with a parking garage in Piazzale Roma.

The apartments are rented on the principle that you should not have any problems. In addition, both consumption of electricity / water, towels and linen are all included in the price. Note that there is no elevator on site.
3 nights in Venice with teenagers.
We had gotten the apartment on the third floor (narrow and steep staircase), which we were very happy for. There's a bit, if not a lot of busyness in Venice, and being able to retreat to the 3rd floor, and still have open windows, without anyone could look inside, was fantastic.
The apartment is located perfectly. There's noise below the apartment with all the boats mooring and setting out all day. Quite noisy, but not in an annoying way. There's only 600 m. to Piazza San Marco, and 500 m. to the park, and the area where the permanent residents lives.
The only thing we thought In-Italia hadn't informed us properly of was:
When you're arriving to Venice and wants to park in the parking garage, it costs 30 EUR a day. The key has to be collected at a hotel far from the apartment. So don't take the luggage with you to the hotel. It's only terribly warm and difficult. Collect the key first, and then go back to the parking garage and get the luggage in the car. You have to go back and take the water busses to the apartment anyway. This trip takes about 45 min. The water busses costs 7,50 EUR per person for a single ticket.
Venice is definitely a lovely place, which can be very much recommended. And especially if you live here.
