Bed & breakfast located right in the centre of the Giudecca-quarter, not far from the famous Basilica del Redentore, close to the water bus stop (as they are called in Venice).
From here there are views over the bay and St. Mark's Square, Zattere, San Giorgio Maggiore and Santa Maria della Salute.
The house is 18th century. From a large entrance hall a wide staircase leads up to the first floor. From here there is access to the apartment's private hall that takes you into the breakfast room and a shared living room, both overlooking the Giudecca-canal and St. Mark's Square.
There are three double rooms all equipped with satellite TV, mini bar and bathroom with toilet and shower. An extra bed or child's cot can be provided in one of the rooms.
The charming owner, Ivonne, serves a splendid breakfast buffet every day.
Near the house there is a café, as well as the famous restaurants Cipriani, Due Mori and Altanella. You can buy a "boat card" (ACTV-card) valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours. This way you can use the boats to the railway and at the same time gain easy access to the rest of the public transport system.
