The apartment is located right in the heart of Venice close to the beautiful historic theatre Teatro La Fenice and only 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco.
The 45 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor and has recently been refurbished. It consists of a kitchen /dining room with four hot plates, refrigerator and dishwasher, living room with sofa arrangement and TV, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe as well as a bathroom. There is air conditioning and a balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast whilst admiring the views over the old historic Venice.
