In the middle of Venice and close to the famous Scuola di San Rocco and Basilica dei Frari the large and smart apartment San Rocco is located on the first floor in a renovated building.
From the living room there is a romantic view over the canal Rio della Frescada and the adjoining "quay", called "fondamenta" in Venetian.
In the living room there is a dining table, large sofa bed, arm chair, a small antique table, TV and kitchenette with four gas rings, oven and fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms each with two beds, which can be separated or put together as required.
The apartment also has two bathrooms, one with bath tub and shower (with three jets), bidet, washbasin and toilet, the other with toilet, washing machine and washbasin, but no shower.
