The seven apartments are all located on the ground floor and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite television, Wi-Fi Internet connection and large windows that make the homes bright and comfortable. They are not furnished in the classic - and sometimes heavy Venetian style, but in a more practical minimalist style (100% IKEA!). Their weak point is undoubtedly the kitchen facilities, which are arguably more austere than usual in Italy, it takes creativity and patience to cook anything but the most simple dishes here: two electric hobs, no oven, no hood, extremely poor household utensils, and even no dish rack. But since it costs less to stay here than in many much smaller hotels, it is likely that you would spend more money eating out instead.
