Bed & Breakfast Gli Angeli is close to Arsenale, the old shipyard in Venice. It was from here La Serenissima sent out his war and merchant ships throughout the mediterranean and the Far East. The house stands on the canal from Arsenale to the lagoon, just opposite one of the many small squares in the town (campo in Venetian).
The area is not too crowded by tourists in spite of the fact it is only approx. 10 minutes walk for St. Mark's Square. The Arsenale water bus stop is 100 m away if you want to sail right to the door. You still find many Venetians living in this area and good restaurants and traditional cafés at reasonable prices can also be found.

Bed & Breakfast Gli Angeli is elegant and personal. The owners themselves have chosen the materials, furniture and everything else to do with the interior design. The husband Antonio used to be a master of glass mosaics and he has been in charge of furnishing the room and the apartment. Sonia chose the Venetian materials and colours which feature strongly in this lovely little boarding house.
The bedrooms are on the first floor. They share an entrance from the staircase and can be rented out together if required.
