The rooms of the hotel are on the first floor of an old character house that houses 'Trattoria dei Gavi' on the ground floor. You will not have to look far to find a good restaurant! Everything here is small but well maintained. The hotel has a reception desk and a small lounge where breakfast is be served. If you arrive by car, the hotel has agreed favourable rates with a nearby car park.

There are only 8 rooms in this hotel and they were all renovated in 2005 and 2006. Despite being small rooms, the space has been well utilized. They either have a double or two single beds, and all have a telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning / heating, and a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and amenities.
Because of the small size, the cosy atmosphere and the central location, the hotel is very popular. Therefore we recommend that you book well in advance if you want to be sure to get a room.
A little tricky to find, since the given address didn't quite match, but got some help from the local restaurant on the ground floor, which serves absolutely good food. The hotel is old and cosy with conveniences like air condition and Wifi. The host couple gave us a fine reception, great help, but limited English skills. Nicely close to the ARENA, and parking garage within walking distance, even with luggage.
All in all a fine experience.
