Agridomus Il Mulino is located in the Cerfone valley, approx. 15 km from Arezzo and 2 km for Palazzo del Pero along the road leading from Palazzo del Pero to Castiglion Fiorentino. The site has a lot to offer including fantastic surroundings, a magnificent swimming pool set on a hilltop, and the family's small restaurant, where mother rules the kitchen with the daughters helping out. It is advisable to book a table, if you want to try the delicious food. The male head of the household looks after the farm's 50 hectares of land and makes sure fresh produce gets to the kitchen.
Agridomus Il Mulino offers three sets of accommodation, two in detached houses, and the third is below the restaurant with its own entrance from the street. All the apartments are equipped with own heating system and TV.
Casa IlGranaio
Casa Il Granaio is the old barn that has been restored and converted to a holiday home sleeping for up to 10 people. The house is situated on a very quiet road and has two entrances: one from the street and one from the garden. The house has an enormous living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and open plan kitchen. There are three bedrooms with double bed or two single beds, one of which has a sleeping loft with two extra sleeping places, and two bathrooms with toilet and shower. The house also has a private terrace with garden furniture and sun umbrella. The swimming pool is 50 m away.

Casa Il Poggio
Casa Il Poggio is located on the ground floor of the owner's house on top of the hill, approx. 100 m from the road and 50 m from the swimming pool. The house is on one level, (but there are two steps within the apartment), and sleeps 8 in total. It consists of living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, three bedrooms with double bed or two single beds (which can be pushed together to make a double bed), and bathroom with toilet and shower. This house also has its own terrace facing the entrance door.
Apartment La Cantina
Apartment La Cantina is a 3-room apartment by the road, on the floor below the restaurant. The interior is more modest and the apartment is not as well lit as the rest of the accommodation on site. But you can still use the swimming pool (approx.70 m away), and the apartment has garden space in front of the restaurant. The apartment has a kitchen/dining room, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with small double bed (160 cm wide) and a single bed, and bathroom with toilet and shower.
We would recommend this place if you are looking for a genuine and hospitable atmosphere in this little known part of Tuscany, where tourism is not yet as all consuming as in Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano. And in the evening you can enjoy another glass of wine in the local restaurant without having to worry about who is going to drive home.
