When you stay at this great little villa located on a hillside surrounded by olive groves you are just three kilometres outside of Arezzo; a city that is as picturesque and exciting as it is overlooked by most tourists. Yet here you have your own private rural space and can head down to town when you feel like a bit of culture and shopping perhaps.
In front of the house is a large covered terrace with table and chairs where you can take some shelter if it gets too hot in the garden. Another good remedy for the heat is the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool (depth 80-220 cm), which is at your private disposal.

- The house is approx. 180 sq ft and is on two floors. The ground floor is divided into a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a pizza oven and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and bath. From two of the bedrooms there is access to a terrace, which offers views of Arezzo. The house is equipped with satellite television, a video player and a washing machine.
