Due to the way the villa has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) it is suitable to accommodate more than one family/group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence.

Deep), take a swim and let your muscles rest in the hot tub next to the pool, which seats 6 people (at extra). Taste the many local specialties during a shopping trip in Arezzo, and accompany the meal with good Tuscan drops. Treat yourself to a wine tasting in one of the cellars of Arezzo and discover the best marriages between local wines and traditional dishes. In the house you have three full equipped kitchens, giving you great opportunities to cook yourself and unleash your inner Italian chef, while the children play in the garden. After the meal, you can take a nap in the garden, or trim the pasta away in the basement. Here is a little exercise mat, an exercise bike and other facilities to keep in shape. Just in case...
Appreciate privacy
Villa Alba has the advantage that more families can travel together without having to share the same common areas. Everyone can have its own part of the house as it is divided into three parts, each with its own entrance. At the same time, you can come together in the garden, by the pool or around the table on the large terrace. Or call out the barbecue party in the garden to Don't forget to tell the kids at the playground that dinner is up. The garden is fully enclosed, so the children can move freely.

The house is very spacious with its 200 m² and all 6 bedrooms, a sofa bed in one of the living rooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 lounges and kitchen (dishwasher in each kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, stove, espresso machine, coffee maker, electric oven and toaster).
The house is also equipped with satellite TV, washing machine in the basement next to the workout room and with WI-FI. The decor and furniture offers simplicity and Tuscan comfort.
Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, equipped with garden furniture, BBQ and a 6 x 9 swimming pool. All this is surrounded by large Conifer and Oak woods which only add to the clean air and country retreat feel.

The apartment at Villino Alba
The villa is about 200 m² in size and spread over two floors plus basement. The latter includes a laundry room with washing machine, iron and a gym facilities. On the ground floor you will find a large living / dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bath with shower and toilet and a second kitchen. Also on the ground level you have a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that comes with a bath with shower and toilet. Since the ground floor is very large, you will also find a second living / dining room with its own entrance. Here you find another double room and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Note that you can use the sofa bed for a person in this room (for children up to 13 years). The kitchen here is classified as kitchenette. On the 1st floor (accessible via an internal staircase) you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and two bathrooms. with shower and toilet.
