Poggio Pinci offers very good value for money, and if the road didn't pass by, it would probably cost a lot more. There will be some traffic noise at times, but otherwise it really is a great place with much to do and see in the surroundings.
One of the best things about Poggio Pinci is the warm owners who are a middle-aged to elderly couple who live on the ground floor. They are abundant in smiles, kind gestures and homemade grappa that makes everyone feel at home. It is difficult even for a professional in the travel industry to break away from the dinner table here.

Whilst the owners live on the ground floor, the whole of the 1st floor is reserved for guests. Here you will find about 90 m² apartment (Wi-Fi), which is solid, well-maintained. You have your own terrace with a table and chairs and access to the BBQ in the well-maintained garden. The garden also offers a 12 x 6 metre large swimming pool (depth up to 235 cm), which in theory is shared with the owners who incidentally use it rarely. It is 2.5 km to Serre di Rapolano, 4 km to Asciano and 26 km to Siena from here.
