This house is perfect for those who want to travel with family or friends, while having the privilege to be able to pull back when you don't need them. Podere Pirelli consists of four separate apartments and 2 double bedrooms, all with its own entrance and all amenities.
Podere Perelli is built on a large plot of 10 hectares with a herb garden (where you can pick what you need), well maintaind garden and outdoor pool. This is an oasis where you can relax and fully enjoy your company as well as the view. You can go for small walks in the shade of the forest, present on the premises. On the large terrace (150 sqm.) You will find chairs and tables, strategically placed so that you have all the beautiful landscape in front of you. The perfect place to enjoy the cozy dining moments under the open sky.
The apartments allow you to cook yourself, if you like. Together with friend or family this can be great fun and convenient, as you do not need to leave. It is truly a culinary experience to cook with local ingredients and taste the difference with our Northern European products. If one day you want to get the food served instead, you can enjoy the good restaurants in your vicinity. Castiglione d'orcin is closest by town at one kilometre distance. In the same town you can do your shopping. Several lovely towns and villages are close by, for example. San Quirico d'Orcia, Montepulciano and Pienza.
One can say that the house is divided in five "blocks" that fits together and both apartments and rooms. A communal living is there with around 100 sqm. In here you can enjoy yourself with your travel companions, play games and relax.
The four apartments have different names each have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, a small kitchen with dining area. The two double rooms have private bathrooms and as well as private entrances. Shared facilities are air conditioning, television, wi-fi and hairdryer. The beds can be double or twin.
