Podere Varlunga is located on a hillside in the Casentino valley east of Florence with a beautiful view of the countryside below. On a plateau in the garden is a beautiful swimming pool of 10 x 5 m with sun loungers and parasols.
Enjoy the peace
This independent villa is suitable for both families with and without children, who are seeking a quiet and peaceful setting. There are some noises however which are the sounds of the church bells in Borgo alla Collina, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Where to shop
There are limited shopping facilities in the tiny village of Borgo alla Collina, located approx. 500 m above the house along a dirt road. Slightly more choice can be found in the town of Castel San Niccolò (about 3 km), where there are also a few eateries. The choice of grocery stores is even better in Poppi (about 5 km).
Antique touches
The house is furnished with antique Tuscan style furniture and has a terrace where you can dine out, and there is also a washing machine.

- The villa is approx. 145 sq ft and is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and also a separate toilet . Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a mezzanine with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The villa has a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and satellite TV.
