You really are in the countryside here and have to drive for 2.5 kilometres on a steep gravel road to arrive at the farm. The farm has been restored over many years with respect for its environment and thus blends harmoniously with its surroundings. The site in general is on tiered levels and for this reason the owners don't recommend it for children under seven years of age.
The farm is a very peaceful place to stay indeed! It is surrounded by chestnut forests, olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. It is the perfect place for a hiking holiday, for those wishing to immerse themselves in nature, and of course for those who want to relax on the terrace by the pool with a glass of wine and soak up the splendour of the Tuscan countryside. Outside you will find a great swimming pool with several terraces and a veranda with outdoor furniture so that you can gain the maximum pleasure from staying outside, wining and dining. Suzanna, the English owner has been living and working in Tuscany for a few decades so she knows plenty about the area. It's also handy of course that she speaks English, to explain things to English speaking guests that don't speak Italian.
The apartments are tastefully decorated with good attention to detail without being over the top, as we see in some places. The kitchen corners are solid with a four-ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster.

My husband and I rented this place over a weekend, to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. We have rented the whole place included the chef to make the wedding dinner and breakfast for all of us.
The place and the host lived 100% up to our expectations. Podere Torremozza is surely the most beautiful place, with nice apartments, incredible view over the fields, friendly hosts and excellent food. It is definitely a place that should be experienced, whether you're in a wedding mood or just need a romantic vacation. We will definitely come back.
Be aware that the dirt road is a bit steep, but it was not a problem at all if you take it slow.
