From the farm you can enjoy a wonderful sweeping view of the surrounding hills covered by olive groves and vineyards as you relax by the outdoor pool. Alternatively, you can hire one of Campitello's mountain bikes and go and explore this wonderful land.
Stay in the middle of Tuscany
This is a great spot to stay to have the best of both worlds. You have peace and quiet and unspoilt countryside here at Campitello, yet you are near enough to the medieval towns of Mercatale and Bucine for some adventures, shops and restaurants. If you want to see some bigger attractions, then 30 km away you will find Arezzo, 40 km will take you to Siena and 50 km to Florence.

Outdoor country life
You can certainly get a healthy dose of outdoor life and fresh air here (weather permitting). The farm has a large garden surrounded by lush olive groves where the children are free to roam and let off some steam. There is a great swimming pool (the pool is open from May to October with reservation for weather conditions) with sun loungers from where you can enjoy endless views of the vineyards. There are also tennis courts and mountain bikes to hire and the owners of Campitello will arrange a hiking or biking guide for you on request. You can take a ride on two wheels and discover the wonderful natural surroundings. You can choose to cater for yourselves in your apartments' kitchens, eat out or stoke up a BBQ in the garden and enjoy dinner with the great views. There is parking and a communal laundry room (for a fee).
Eight apartments with private terraces
The farm has a small reception area and eight apartments, that are all furnished beautifully in traditional Tuscan style but with modern kitchens and bathroom facilities. Each living room has a fireplace, and each apartment has its own garden furniture so guests can enjoy relaxing and dining outside in the open air. Wi-Fi is also available.
The apartments at Campitello Farmhouse
Apartment Ulivo is located on the ground floor and is approx. 50 m². The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace, a suite with dining room opening onto a private terrace, small kitchen, a double bedroom and access to the terrace and bathroom with toilet and shower.
Apartment Leccio is located on the ground floor and is approx. 60 m². It is a small house and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa and dining table, kitchenette, spacious bedroom with a double bed, spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Both at the front and back of the house there is room for a table and chairs in the large garden.
Apartment Ippocastano is located on the first floor and is approx. 80 m². The apartment consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The garden has its own table and chairs.
Apartment Quercia is located on the ground floor and is approx. 95 m². The apartment consists of kitchen with dishwasher, a huge living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed and dining table, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and tub. Both to the front and rear of the apartment there is outside garden space with a table and chairs.
Apartment Vigneto is located on the ground floor and is approx. 85 m². The apartment consists of kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed and dining table, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower, another double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and bath. There is a large private terrace with table and chairs. There is access from the lounge to the terrace.
