A beautiful tranquil setting, stunning views and plenty of space for the whole family. Villa Il Sole is located at the end of a cul de sac. Only a few hundred meters to a viewpoint above con Camaiore.
The nearest restaurant is about 1.2 km. A few hundred meters away, you find more restaurants. Drive to Camaiore and enjoy the cozy village atmosphere. You can find here various facilities such as like shops, supermarket as well as a doctor, pharmacy, bank, post office, etc.
Treat yourself to a refreshing dive in the pool after a nice day trip. Closeby you can drive towards the sea, where you reach Lido di Camaiore . In season it can be quiet busy. Here is also the railway station where you can park the car in order to continue by train to the Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca or Florence. Avoid the hassle of finding a parking space and avoid the ZTL- zone (eco-friendly zone where only a limited license exists).
Around the house, the private and large property reaches to the steep slopes. The fenced area with flowers, bushes, etc. serves as a backdrop for the pool and the Villa. It is a very appealing garden and well looked after. The larger part of the plot is the olive grove with different species of trees ... and here lives the local wildlife, as in four sheep.
From the living room you reach a large veranda where you can find a shady place. A few steps and you reach the pool, which is almost all day in the sun. On the 1st floor, the villa shows a wide panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy the views of the countryside. They also have a vantage point over the pool, so you can always have a look at the children at the pool. The pool has a depth from 1,40 up to 1.75 m and is well illuminated at night. At the pool you can find sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
Villa Il Sole allows you a vacation in an elegant, beautiful and spacious house with the family and / or friends. The villa has satellite TV in the living room and flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and two electric ovens, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a 6-burner stove and full-size refrigerator, laundry with washer and dryer, wireless Internet access and an outdoor grill. The heating / cooling system works through a pipe system.
The villa was supposed to serve as a permanent home for the owners. However, we are happy they changed their mind, so this unusual and beautiful home is rented out to people who want to stay in a pleasant ambience.
The ground floor consists of a large living and dining area, as well with a large kitchen where you also can have diner. Tthe three areas are separated by large arches. The kitchen is fullly equipped with a large stove (six burners), large fridge, two electric ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. In the living room there is internet connection (wireless) and satellite TV and a massive fireplace. As well on the ground floor one can find the laundry room with washer and dryer. Additional on the groundfloor is a bathroom with toilet and shower and a bedroom with private bathroom with toilet and shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and bath, Another bedroom with two single beds with a private bathroom with toilet and shower. From this bedroom you reach via an external staircase to the large panoramic terrace (48m²), where you can enjoy view over the hills of Lucca
This place is simply fantastic. Quiet and private location, but still close to village and other attractions like Pisa, Lucca, beaches etc. Fantastic view over the valley and Camaiore. House is rustic and beautiful with all possible equipment, many rooms, bathrooms etc. Outdoor facilities and nearby surroundings are extraordinary including many nice terraces with great views, stone oven for making pizza, grill and a very nice pool (which we used even in the middle of October while eagles flew around in the sky...). We will definitely return to this fantastic place and its nice and service minded owners.
