In other words, you stay in a family friendly centre with much to do, yet without the usual organized entertainment often found in other family holiday centres. Therefore, it is more peaceful, and these 70 newly refurbished and modernized apartments are dotted around a large park with so much space for the children to play.
You can swim in two pools here and one has a really shallow end for the children to bathe safely, and there are often plenty of other children here to play with. There are great opportunities for the children to play in the large green areas including sports such as football, volleyball, basketball and table tennis. This is not the typical holiday centre in the sense of loud entertainment with animation etc, rather is it more of a quieter holiday centre and the old farmhouses are set back somewhat from the pool areas.
Here you are in the area of the famous Etruscan trail, and it's not uncommon to find small rings or jewellery made from materials from the era. You'll find a lovely sandy beach only 2 km from the farm, leading all the way to San Vincenzo, where you find shops and good restaurants if you are looking for a change from the on-site restaurant.
A short driving distance away, you will find also the small medieval towns of Suvereto and Castagneto Carducci; and many of Tuscany's famous art and cultural cities located in reasonable driving distance from here: Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, etc.
The apartments are located either on the ground floor or first floor - all ground floor apartments have a private terrace with a table and chairs right by the entrance door. The apartments on the first floor do not have private outdoor areas, but there are still plenty of tables and chairs for everyone in the 50,000 m² garden, where you can also BBQ. The apartments are nicely but simply decorated and are all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a safety deposit box, kitchen facilities and bathroom / wc. There is also a communal launderette.
