At the foot of the medieval town Campiglia Marittima and near to the Nature Reserve Montoni, La Cucumella is only 7 km from the well known resort of Follonica. The nearest restaurant and shopping facilities are 7 km away but there is a small rest/bar only 3 km from the house.
Situated in the La Cuccumella's private lush green garden is a large swimming pool (100 m²) with hydro massage and there is also a playground for the little ones and barbeque area. The house has a pergola with outdoor furniture for all the guests, where you can enjoy your meals cooked outside on the barbeque or in your own kitchen.
