At the villa apartments you get to relax in tranquil surroundings and enjoy the fabulous views. It is a good starting point to reach interesting medieval towns such as Suvereto, Sassetta and Castagneto Carducci, all located within a short driving distance from Villa Denise. The villa is best suited to couples rather than families with young children, since outdoor areas are located at different levels. There are also excellent opportunities for fun at the beach, with some of the area's best beaches (Golfo di Baratti by Populonia, Golfo, Perelli, Carlappiano) between 7 - 15 km away from the villa.

Sun terrace & pool
The villa has a lovely sun terrace with swimming pool, a barbeque and a washing machine (for a fee). The nearest shops are around 15 minutes walk from the villa in Campiglia Marittima's centre.
Traditional style apartments
The apartments are simple but nice, well furnished and quite spacious, and all have living rooms with well equipped kitchens, bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and shower. They have a balcony or terrace of varying sizes. Please note that the sea view is limited.
