Here you will be situated in the green of the hills of the Arno valley, about one kilometre away from the village of Limite in central Tuscany. You will be surrounded by 100 hectares of mostly cultivated with olive trees in this spacious estate.
It is just two kilometres outside the small town of Limite Valdarno where you will find a restaurant-pizzeria and a few grocery stores. The farm's sits in a truly privileged: position around 500 metres from the road, which means that you can easily appreciate the tranquillity of the countryside without being bothered by any traffic noise.

The old farmhouse was inhabited up until the late 1970's by peasant families, but migration from the countryside to the city meant that it was eventually abandoned and then thereafter it was thoroughly renovated for holiday rentals. Agriculture has diminished somewhat but we can rejoice that this estate is still cultivated for its olives to make a good oil, and for its grapes of course to make lovely wine.
The apartments are quite simple, but solid with a practical furniture, kitchen corners with a four burner stove, an oven and a refrigerator (relatively small). They also have satellite TV. Each has a table and chairs attached to the apartments on the ground floor at the front, those on the first floor, have an area with a table and chairs on the lawn in front of the buildings. In the garden you will also find four large (very large) grills for common use and a 15 x 8 metre large pool with a depth of 110 - 160 cm and a children's area with a shallow end of 10 cm, which is surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds and parasols. There is also Wi-Fi at the pool.

We had a fantastic week: 2 apartments for 8 in total. 3 kids and 5 adults. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The apartments big and well-equipped. Lovely pool and lots of space around us, even though they were fully booked! The only thing we were missing was air conditioning, besides that, nothing. The Empolis market on Thursdays is an attraction, if you aren't trying to catch all the others nearby. We would like to return.
In-Italia is always nice to help and guide.
we have now returned after a fantastic week at Borgo Di Montereggi. We have been very satisfied with both booking and the stay. There was some good info from In-Italia.
It was a big apartment, which was really pretty and well-kept. It was clean and equipped with what we needed. Fine location in very calm surroundings with a fantastic view to both the mountains and town. There was very pretty and well kept outdoor areas - we enjoyed our terrace, which made it so that, we could always find both sun and shadow. Fine pool area, where we could be cooled off after a hot day.
To our advantage could the hosts tell us a bit about the local area on arrival, and give some advice and tops about shopping options, places to eat, etc.
Place is highly recommended.
A fantastic place if you want to relax and have a good time with your family.
We were away for 7 days with 2 kids aged 14. They definitely had a good time.
The pool is absolutely the most important thing about this place. The apartments were sparsely equipped, but worked well anyway.
The place is easy to find. The hosts are sweet and kind.
We arrived 2 hours early, but we still got the key for the apartment.
