Great place with fantastic with over the city and the county cupboard. It is very peaceful. There is no sound from the cars, and the house is placed with a good distance from the road. Enough space in the apartment and quite fine kitchen which equipment.
Nice garden and pool area with enough space.
The internet was not for our disposable, cause the router was broke then we came and was not fixed while we were there. Not so convenient for our two kids.
There was a briefcase in the apartment with different info, but there was missing some info about how to get rid of the trash (there is a place at the road), where to by the farms produces (in the city at the fabric), and turn-in the key at the departure (leave in the door).
The renter Elisabetta saw we only at arrival, but could be reach anytime by phone.
There is a fine Coop in Montelupo just max. 10 minutes driving from Fattoria Castellina and a even bigger Coop in a city mall in Empoli. Limited selection of restaurants in the ares.
A really good pair of restaurants is to be found in Artemino just 20 minutes up the mountain.
Its easy to take the train to Florens from the station in Montelupo. Ticket-service on the train station and parking next to the statin.

The absolute best part of this place is the view and the location. It's so beautiful here, and it's near exciting cities like Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The location at the top of a hill made it nice and airy on the hot summer days. The apartment was okay, but the style was a bit rustic. The pool is big, but quite cool, and could have been a bit cleaner.
