A charming farmhouse located in the middle of the beautiful and sunny landscape 5 km outside the small town of Casale Marittimo.
The house is built in alabaster, which is typical for the area, and is surrounded by olive groves, fruit orchards and cypress trees. There is a large garden here as well as a fine terrace, and for the children's amusement there is a playhouse, swings and a seesaw. The far reaching views over the hills to the sea 15 km away are breathtaking.

As expected from a farmhouse in this part of the world, the floors are terracotta and the ceilings have exposed beams. Once a week the owner comes by to see to the garden and to water the rosemary, broom, oleander, lavender and the rest of the plants. Please note that the road to the house is a gravel track for the last 1300 m.
The apartment is 60 m² and on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed for two people and kitchen. The first floor is one large sleeping loft reached via a walled staircase. Up here there is a double bed, bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet. Despite the fact that the house can sleep six, only four people may stay in the house.
