Go through the vineyards to cosy spa town
A short walk from the house through the vineyards brings you to the centre of Casciana Terme where there is often music being played in the main piazza during summer, and where you will find shops, restaurants and cafés. There is a large supermarket approx. 5km away from the house.

Production and animal husbandry
You can see all the way to Volterra from the house, and if the views alone don't capture you, you can explore the 9 hectares of olive groves, orchards and vineyards and enjoy the site of numerous animals kept on the land including rabbits, horses and chickens. Gian Luigi the charismatic owner, encourages you to help yourself to pick the fruit and vegetables on his land and enjoys presenting his wines and olive oils in the small taverna in the house, for which he sells at a reasonable price.
Exceptionally well maintained garden with pool and children's pool
On site there is a large garden with barbeque and garden furniture for every apartment, a splendid 15 x 8 m swimming pool with an extra children's pool and car park. There is a communal laundry room on site, for which there is an extra charge.
Nice apartments with a private terrace
The accommodation here consist of six spacious and well furnished apartments. They all have a magnificent rustic kitchens with four gas rings and refrigerator. All apartments have a heating system and air conditioning so they can be rented and are comfortable all year round. Four of the apartments are on the ground floor, and the other two are on the first floor. Please note that the walls between the two apartments Uva and Pesca are very thin and that you will be able to hear your neighbours when you stay in one of the two.
