Il Poderino is only 6 km from Casciana Terme on the road to Volterra. Approx. 1 km from the farm is a country estate with both shopping and eating facilities.
Although the farm is right out in the country, the free motorway between Florence and Pisa is only 12 km away. Volterra is 30 km away and the Tuscan sandy beaches are only 25 km. The farm has a swimming pool (7 x 14 m) and 4 newly renovated apartments as well as a few bedrooms.

The farm is managed by a young brother and sister couple. Daniela receives the guests and looks after the garden. Her brother works the fields belonging to the farm. They grow mainly cereal and maize.
There is a shared barbecue in the garden and each apartment has its own terrace/garden with furniture and sun umbrella.
The apartments are spacious and nicely furnished in a rustic style.
