The 21 apartments at Borgo di Montemurlo sit on a hillside with impressive views over villages, forests and Tuscan Valleys. Whilst it is a new building, it has the character of something much older and traditional.
From a distance one would think that it is a typical old Tuscan farmhouse as much care and detail has gone into the building to create an authentic feel. With regards to the materials especially, much old stone has been used, with tiled roofs and arches to add character.

All 21 apartments have a private terrace or balcony and are equipped with TV and air conditioning. The floors are in a classic terracotta and the ceilings have exposed beams. The kitchenettes are also modern with four burner hobs and fridges. The view from here is really impressive. It is located on a hilltop and offers panoramic views as far as the eye can see, over hills, valleys, forests and small villages.
There are also views from the pool, or rather from the pools, because there is both an adult swimming pool (approx. 150 m²) and one for children (4x4 meters and about 50 cm deep). The road is a good distance away so peace and quiet can be assured, unless the other guests are noisy. It is approx. 20 km to the nearest beach in Marina di Cecina. For shopping and restaurants / pizzerias you need to go to the village of Casino di Terra, located approx. 3 km away.
