The villa sits in a private area in the centre of the Estate of Collelungo but with complete privacy from the rest of the complex. However, you can easily reach the centre of the complex on foot to enjoy dinner in the restaurant, wine tasting or just for an aperitivo before enjoying dinner in your own private villa. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villas in our collection.

- The villa is on two floors, but because the terrain is sloped, there is access to the garden level from both of them. On the upper floor there is a nice living room with a large fireplace and a dining table for eight people. From there it goes down to the well-equipped kitchen, which in short can satisfy any chef complete with a dishwasher. From the kitchen there is access to one of the terraces with a barbeque and a garden where there is a table and chairs. In the villa we also find four bedrooms, all with a private bathroom, and in the "lower ground floor" there is a living room with a kitchenette.
