The large Villa Casale Il Trecento comes with a surface area of about 250 m² and is divided in 2 levels. The living areas are located on the first floor, which can be reached via a five external stone staircase. This takes you to the small hallway and then you will hit two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large and bright living and dining room with a fireplace, a sofa and a large equipped kitchen. On the first floor you have a terrace pleasantly furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella.
