In the beautiful hills behind Castiglion Fiorentino you find Casale San Martino, a picturesque 19th century farmhouse with adjoining barn, which has now been converted to accommodation. The town is approx. 8 km away from the house and the nearest shops are approx. 3 km away. From the house there are wonderful views over the valley.
On the ground floor we find a traditional Tuscan kitchen/dining room with fireplace (and concessions to modern living in the form of dishwasher, refrigerator and oven), large living room with sofa bed for two, bathroom and a smaller room with washing machine.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathroom (one with bath tub), another bedroom with two single beds and a sleeping loft with a further two beds and own bathroom.
Next to the house there is the old barn which has been converted to a small annex suitable for two people. This has two single beds and private bathroom.
