Casale Vitiano is a traditional Tuscan style farmhouse which has been carefully renovated and includes an charming new annex. Set in the natural wooded hills near Castigliona Fiorentino and enjoys wonderful views over the lush valley of Chiana.
The surrounding area is perfect for long walks, Town a leisurely 4 km away where there are cafes, restaurants and various shops to browse in. More adventurous hikers who are up to the challenge can go that little bit further and explore the Lignano Nature Park.

The large terraced garden full of olive trees, fruit trees and flowers surrounds the swimming pool (11,5 x 5,5 m). The veranda contains BBQ and outdoor furniture for alfresco dinning.
Villa sleeps 12 (240 m² ):
On the round floor is sitting-dining room with fireplace, larder, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry room. The first floor has three double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, bathroom with shower. In the annex there is double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Two single beds can be added in the bedrooms. Equipment includes iron, freezer, oven, filter coffee maker, aircondition in the bedrooms.
