In the garden there is also a table tennis table, a barbeque, garden furniture and a 12 x 5 m swimming pool. The farmhouse also comes with washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV.

The villa is 290 m² and on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, bathroom plus box room. On the first floor there is a walk through room with sofa bed for two, bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath tub plus another bedroom with double bed. From the first floor you can go out to the covered terrace/loggia, from where stone steps lead down to the garden.
