The house has a sunny position set amongst the olive groves along with a large garden, good sized swimming pool (14 x 6m), heated Jacuzzi, and outdoor dining area with a wood burning oven and a BBQ. The great location and surprisingly good roads in the valley mean that Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are all within a few minutes drive. Tuscany’s more famous cities of Siena and Florence are around half an hour away ensuring that day trips to enjoy some city sightseeing are not out of the question.
La Casa consists of a main house and a small cottage annexe, sleeping 12 people in total. The balcony with its cane furniture and armchairs leads to the inside of this comfortably furnished house. Following the lay of the land, the rooms flow over split levels providing delightful open spaces with all the creature comforts including a microwave, freezer, high chair for the kids, dish-washer, washing machine and Satellite TV.
The main house is approx. 200m² in total and is divided between the main building and the annexe. It consists of kitchen, where you have access to a covered terrace with shower, a living room with a mezzanine floor with 2 single beds, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a twin bedroom with single beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. ANNEX: Sitting-dinning room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Also in front of the annexe is a covered terrace with garden furniture.
