Tuscany is full of restored farmhouses, but it is rare to find one as perfectly situated as La Collina dei Fiori. Less than 3 km from the overlooked but highly recommended medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino, the house is within walking distance when you want to get to town.
Close to the road
At the same time the house is close to the road leading up to the Casentino valley or down towards Arezzo and Cortona. However, since the house is sheltered by the hills you hear little traffic noise. The views from the house, the garden and the swimming pool are breathtaking: mountains, valleys, olive groves and vineyards. You could spend your whole holiday relaxing in the garden if it wasn't for the fact that the area has so much to offer (and remarkably few tourists).

Aromatic garden
The villa is charming and well furnished. The garden is enchanting and aromatic because of the many salvia and rosemary bushes. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 m. A few 100 metres from the house you will find a tennis court shared with guests from the nearby Villa degli Olivi.
Villa sleeps 10
- The villa is 150 m² on two floors of the main building plus an annex. On the ground floor of the main building is the living room with sofa bed for two, kitchen-dining room, bathroom with toilet and bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed (one leading out to a little loggia) and bathroom with toilet. In the annex there is a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet.
