On the ground below the house you will find a 10 x 5 metre large pool (140 cm deep). There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool. In front of the house is a large terrace with table, chairs and a barbeque. The decor is practical and no frills.

- All rooms are located on the ground floor. The house consists of a living room with a kitchenette (with an oven) and fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower and a hair dryer, satellite TV and a childs highchair. There is a washing machine in a separate house on the property.
