This old farmhouse is located in the middle of Valdichiana and was renovated to accomodate holiday guests in early 2004.
The house enjoys peaceful solitude surrounded by fields and undulating countryside. Now and again the peace is broken by a train passing on the railway track 400 m from the house, but that is rare. There is a garden around the house with furniture and a 10 x 5 m swimming pool in a sunny position.

Indoors the 160 m² of living quarters are spread over two floors.
- On the ground floor there a living room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa bed for two, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom.
- On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with two single beds and en suite bathroom plus a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom.
