You family or large group can really spread out here at Villa degli Olivi, both inside and out as there is so much space and privacy. The villa is situated on the slopes of a hill looking towards the Valdichiana valley below and it is a really lovely spot from where to enjoy this part of Tuscany.
Comfortable and rustic
The villa has recently been refurbished, and with its stylish furniture it now has the ideal combination of being rustic and comfortable. In the large garden there is a cool swimming pool, (12 x 6 m) which is idyllically set amidst olive trees and cypresses. There is also a BBQ, outdoor furniture for dining and lounging by the pool and a gazebo. Guests in the villa have access to a tennis court situated some 2 km from the villa.

7 bedroom villa - sleeps 14/15:
The villa is built on three levels:
- On the ground floor you enter from a covered terrace/patio into a large living room with open-plan kitchen and fireplace. On this level there is also a bathroom and laundry room with shower and washing machine.
- On the first floor there is a living room and a single bed, as well as a balcony with lovely views, two bedrooms with double beds, bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, one of which has a hydro massage bath.
- On the second floor there are three further bedrooms with double beds (one with en suite bathroom), bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub.
